Ordering

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received
• Same-day delivery requires order before 11 AM (Mumbai only)
• Minimum order quantities apply per product

File Requirements

• Files must be print-ready (300 DPI, CMYK, with bleed)
• We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution files
• Free pre-press check is included on every order

Reprint Policy

We reprint free of charge if the print quality does not match what was ordered, provided the original file was print-ready. Reprints must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once sent to production. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to cancel — we will try to stop the job if it has not started.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
