Free Reprint Guarantee
If your printed product does not match the quality of your order, we will reprint it at no charge. No questions asked.
When Reprints Apply
- Print quality defects (banding, colour shift, misalignment) caused by our production
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged in transit
When Reprints Do Not Apply
- Issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect artwork files
- Colour variation within normal print tolerance (±5%)
- Customer-approved proofs with errors
Refunds
Monetary refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
