Free Reprint Guarantee

If your printed product does not match the quality of your order, we will reprint it at no charge. No questions asked.

When Reprints Apply

• Print quality defects (banding, colour shift, misalignment) caused by our production
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged in transit

When Reprints Do Not Apply

• Issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect artwork files
• Colour variation within normal print tolerance (±5%)
• Customer-approved proofs with errors

Refunds

Monetary refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
